CFO Services
The firm offers- outsourced CFO services calibrated to the needs of the organization. The Services would range from the CFO spending one day or two days in a week onsite to deputation of a full time CFO on a longer term basis.
The CFO is also available for specific projects. The CFO services provide all the functions that a CFO will render but with significant cost efficiency as compared to a situation where the function is overseen by an employee. The cost savings could range from 25% to 55% depending upon the desired scope. The service comes with complete responsibility, duty fulfilment obligation and oversight as in an employment situation with the additional significant benefits of operational flexibility for the Company and removal of hassles related to procedural, statutory and HR related matters.
The team is lead by a vastly experienced and professional chartered accountant with experience of having played a CFO role in a large organization with entities and operations in multiple geographies.
The services could encompass all or one or more of the following areas:
- Design and set-up an effective finance and reporting function
- Design and set-up an effective internal control mechanism including SOX implementation
- Design and set-up an effective review, monitoring and business strategy implementation organization
- Planning Group business strategy and implementation thereof
- Budgeting, preparation of business plan, MIS and related reporting
- Shareholder & strategic Investor relationship including presentations and guidance
- Analyst presentations, meetings and guidance
- Long term and short term Funds planning for working capital, acquisitions, capex etc
- Treasury management including funds conservation and proper deployment thereof
- FX management including hedging strategies
- Advisory on acquisitions, divestments, transaction structuring including identifying acquisition targets and appropriate equity investors
